Here's how your order with ICheer Music works:

You request a production slot so that we can find a suitable period for your mix production together. (especially if your mix is to be produced in the period between September and December, as there is usually a very high workload here). To do this, click on the "Reserve Slot" button on our website and fill out the contact form provided here. Afterwards we will contact you immediately by mail and coordinate a suitable slot with you.

We have clarified the appropriate production slot via email and informed you of your production start date. Now all necessary information must be received by us at least one day before the start of production. This includes a completed order form that can be found under the "Order Mix" button (all relevant information about the respective team is requested here) as well as a completed count sheet. The countsheet must be filled out in our Excel template and in English! You can download the template here. In this template you will also find an example of how the countsheet should ideally be filled out. You can easily upload the countsheet in the order form.

After submitting the form, we will check all the information and contact you immediately to either confirm it and inform you about the start of production or let you know what we are still missing.

On your delivery date you will receive your mix by mail including your proof of license document.

We look forward to your feedback, and then adjust the mix according to your wishes.

For orders of 3 or more mixes,
we offer you a discount on the entire order:

From 3 mixes 5%
From 5 mixes 10%

(Cover song licenses are excluded from the discounts. Re-licensing / changes do not count as a mix for tiered prices.)

Depending on your Mix Package, a certain number of change sessions are free of charge. A session lasts for a maximum of one hour. Changes outside your free number will be charged at 55€ per session. It may take up to 2 weeks for the changes to be implemented. Express changes cost 75€ extra. An updated countsheet must be submitted for all changes. Please be as detailed as possible.

Changes include:

• Sound effect changes
• Change tempo
• Other small changes

Song changes (except cover songs)

Reconstructions do not fall under changes and are therefore not free of charge. The desired reconstructions determine the price. Before the start of the processing you will receive a cost estimate. Completion can take up to 3 weeks. Reconstructions include:

• Song - Changes (Cover Songs)
• New or different voiceover
• Add or remove 8-counts

All other changes that are not considered a modification

You can explicitly request up to 5 songs for your mix. If you don't have any suggestions or only a few, we will choose the appropriate songs for your mix.

Additionally there is the option to use cover songs from the following websites for an extra charge of 20€ per song per team.

For each mix we offer express delivery. However, express deliveries are not possible at all times and must be requested in advance.

An additional cost of €100 will be incurred for a delivery delay of 2 weeks. An additional cost of €200 will be incurred for a delivery delay of 1 week.

Mixes are not eligible for reimbursement.

Cancellation is not possible after the start of production! You will be informed by us in writing about the start of production.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified by us. If we cancel your order, refunds will be issued on a situational basis.

By ordering a mix from ICheer you agree to the license terms. An individual license verification document will be sent to you upon delivery of the mix.

When you order music from ICheer, you agree that neither you nor anyone else will edit the licensed music you receive. If works outside of ICheer are changed anyway, your license for your mix will expire and no longer be USA Cheer compliant.

Licenses are only valid for the season in which the respective mix was purchased. One season lasts from September to August the following year. ICheer reserves the right to adjust our season for international customers based on their respective competition calendar.

If you want to re-license a mix from a previous season, this costs a one-time fee of 100€. If you have cover songs in your mix, they will be charged additionally with 20€ per song.

We also offer to re-license the mix of the previous season and adapt the sound effects to a new routine. This costs €100 for the new license and €165 for the changes.
