  • How did i get into Cheerleading?
    • My gymnastics coach had a cheerleading department and introduced me to a Cheerleading. My first practice as a little kid in the Peewee division was fun and i joined the club and sport. Since that day, i never quite or changed my opinion.
  • What does Cheerleading mean to me?
    • Cheerleading is an important part of my life, if not the most important. The challenges and experiences I have learned in this sport, such as discipline, patience, trust, responsibility and many other values mean a lot. It is also a great balance to my private life, which overlaps through good friendships in cheerleading.
  • Tips and tricks that i would like to share and recommend to other cheer athletes and the community…
    • The most important thing in our sport is that you work as a team and push each other to your personal and shared limits.
    • A team can only be as good as the weakest, so help each other and compensate for the weaknesses of others.
    • You should set goals and work along. Giving your best and work hard until you achieve them. The most important thing here is that you have a structured plan. You should first work on the basic technique before working on the difficulty of the skills..
  • Describe the “perfect” cheerleader …
    • I would describe the perfect cheerleader as an athlete who can do everything, with the right mental attitude towards his abilities, the sport, team and other athletes. Who never loses motivation and thus pushes himself and the team to the limits and beyond, to achieve next level results.
