  • How did i get into Cheerleading?
    • In my small town Auerbach… our club boss had considered opening a cheerleading team. On the school board was the info “We are looking for cheerleaders”. After conversation and consent from my mother, I got out of it three days later in the first training session and from that day on. My sporting rights and therefore my goals grew quickly. “
  • What does Cheerleading mean to me?
    • Cheerleading means being part of a very special team
    • My team consists only of sisters #LoveMyAllGirl
    • Balance between to the normal working world
    • To combine a sport with hard training and fun
    • To pursue a common goal
    • Promotion of team spirit
  • Tips and tricks that i would like to share and recommend to other cheer athletes and the community…
    • It is important that I pursue a new goal for every training session
    • Your team should stand behind you and motivate you as you learn new things
    • Basics are the most important thing for a successful future, work hard on it and you will see that later high-level skills will not be a problem
    • All the girls on my team are and have always been like sisters to me, and that’s an important point for working together and being successful
  • Describe the “perfect” cheerleader…
    • Being a perfect cheerleader means … never giving up, no matter what the situation, always working and putting on a smile, even if you’ve had a bad day
    • For each new season, you should write down your goals
    • Choose realistic goals of your own, focus on them and draw up your own “master plan” as you work on yourself in order to achieve these goals and present them on the mat at championships
    • With a lot of work and discipline you can achieve any goal, nothing is impossible!
