  • How did i get into Cheerleading?
    • In 2010 I visited the Parcour Class of my school. The heads of this class were cheerleaders of th gym FTG in Pfungstadt. After a few visits, they asked me if I would like to stop by during training. I went to training a few days later and the sport immediately convinced me.
  • What does Cheerleading mean for me?
    • Cheerleading has become an indispensable part of my life. It is a team sport, demanding in many respects. It demands cohesion, discipline and continuous training. I have done various other sports before, but none of them required as many different facets as cheerleading.
  • Tips and tricks that i would like to share and recommend to other cheer athletes and the community…
    • Attitude and will is the key to success. Fight your way through, even when times are difficult. Another important factor is communication with your team members, stunt partners and/or group. Talking to each other, finding common solutions and exchanging ideas about technology and adjustments will get you there much faster!
  • Describe the „perfect“ cheerleader…
    • A perfect cheerleader always tries to get ahead in every area! The attitude towards the team and training is extremely important as well as the communication and improvements of the trainer and team. Motivate your team members as much as possible – motivation & positive team atmosphere is essential.
